Brian stays home from work on the 1st day of school and I'm so glad because he helps me remember pictures!! It's hard to believe how old everyone is getting.

The twins are working on finishing their cursive book before starting another one. They don't need to continue handwriting but I think it's good practice because neither one has the neatest writing!!

Getting math going again:
I got all the kids a fidget spinner and a book for the 1st day and Samuel spent 2 days reading his, even reading part of it aloud. A miracle!
Lily has a pretty tough L.A. combo but she's pushing through. Here she is working on giving an oral report using her outline. We jumped right into these things!!
School wore everyone out! Early (to them) mornings and keeping busy all day with no minecraft!! :)
