Week 33

Yep, I am slacking on taking pictures during school.  We're ready to wrap this year up!!

Nathan finished up the letter P and started on K:

Just to show that the other kids exist.  :)  Samuel earned Yoda from his sticker chart for his vision therapy.

Lily's play was this weekend.  It was fun to see her on stage!

Week 32

A {somewhat} rare occurrence of these 2 being best friends.  :)

Lily is almost done with her spelling book and this is the last in the series.  She'll move on to vocab next year.  I'll miss making up crazy sentences when I test her.  :)

Nathan loves to write...I can't believe it!

Samuel and I playing bingo with letter sounds.  He seems to be grasping reading concepts a lot quicker now.  Maybe that therapy is helping!!

Nathan got a day off of school because he had cavities filled.  We spoiled him but he didn't seem bothered in the least!

Nathan's caterpillars came!!

Enjoying time with our neighbor, Ezra.

Enjoying time outside because warm weather is here!!

It was a shortened week because Lily got sick and things needed to be moved around.  I wasn't worried because we've really been working hard to make progress as the year ends.  Looking forward to schedules slowing...

Week 31

I have increased the amount of daily work we have and no one seemed to notice.  We won't finish a lot of our books but I want to push to get more done before the school year ends next month!

Samuel does some ipad work to help with writing and reading:

Hippo is nearby to watch:

Nathan enjoyed a dot-to-dot this week and didn't want any help at all!

We've been reading about the Oregon Trail this week and quilts were on the list of needed items for traveling.  We designed our own quilts to end our week:

On Friday, the boys and I went to Barnes and Noble to kill time while Lily was at play practice.  That ended with everyone getting a new book!

Week 30

The only school picture I took was of our neuron building activity.  Otherwise, we didn't get a lot of school time in so no pics!

We get a nice day now and then so we took advantage and had a family walk.

Samuel is continuing with this Vision Therapy.  He enjoys it, as long as it's not "too hard".  :)

The kids filled their sticker chart so their reward was a movie!  Brian got to go with us, too, so that was fun.

Our weekend was busy!  Sleepovers and shopping and outdoor adventures.

The twins don't get hand-me-downs so we were shopping for spring/summer clothing.

The 2 younger boys went park-hopping with Brian.  Everyone had a great day and we were all wiped out from our activities.
